Embodied Eco Grief Circle

Embark on a transformative journey with Gabriela Georges, Founder of The Grief Cocoon and Creative Grief Guide. In this immersive session, discover the power of movement, breath, and sound to relieve the heaviness of eco/climate grief and connect to more empowerment and love.

Join us in an engaging and welcoming space, where Gabriela will gently lead you through invigorating exercises designed to process, express, and transform your climate grief. It's okay and totally normal to feel the weight of losses tied to climate, wildlife, and our surroundings at this—whether it manifests as numbness, anger, despair, or another emotion, this session is crafted to help you engage with and release these emotions using your body, breath, and voice.

This supportive circle will not only foster a deep connection with yourself, but also provide an opportunity to connect with others who are experiencing climate grief. As we collectively explore, express, and share our grief, the burden lessens, paving the way for renewed hope and empowerment. The exercises shared are adaptable to your needs and done from a seated position.
