#1 Yoga session: 11am - 12:30pm
Move and release grief-related emotions held in your body through yoga, breath work and sound. Accompanied by live music from Gabriela Georges (founder of The Grief Cocoon).
#2 Movement session: 2pm - 5:00pm
A somatic movement session designed to re-energise you, promote creativity, and encourage playfulness through explorative activities.
