Grief-care Sunday: Sensory Clay

  • Kensington Town Hall 30-34 Bellair Street Kensington, VIC, 3031 Australia (map)

Connect with your creativity through this immersive sensory clay workshop.

In this playful and relaxing workshop, you will create your own unique piece of pottery while learning some beginner-friendly clay hand-building techniques. This workshop will subtly stimulate your senses and inspire you to connect with and follow your creative instincts. Allow your senses to guide you while you create one-of-a-kind works of art.

Led by Iman Abdulhai. No experience necessary. All materials and afternoon tea included.

Iman Abdulhai is a Naarm-based intuitive artist of Eritrean origin. Her work is inspired by a deep love and appreciation for pre-colonial African art, craft and societies. Iman runs regular clay hand-building workshops that encourage play, creativity, healing and connection.

Create something directly related to your loss, or let your senses intuitively guide you. You'll leave with your own unique clay piece.
